Understand your medical documents in plain language
Add a lab report, scan report, prescription, discharge summary or medical bill. You get a summary, a table of every item, the terms defined and questions to ask your doctor. It explains the document; it does not diagnose.
- Your file never leaves your device
- Personal details removed before sending
- Nothing is stored
- No adverts on the explainer page

How it works
Step 1: Your file stays on your device
The text is read from your PDF or photo inside your browser. The original file is never uploaded.
Step 2: Personal details are removed
Names, dates of birth, phone numbers, addresses and ID numbers are replaced with labels. You review the result and can change it.
Step 3: You choose to send it
Only the redacted text is sent, only when you click send. The explanation comes back and nothing is stored.

What was unclear

What it will not do
MedicDecode does not diagnose, does not say whether you are healthy or ill, and does not recommend medicines, doses or treatment. Explanations are written by an AI model and have not been reviewed by a clinician, so they can be wrong. Use them to prepare better questions, then talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
